PROGRAMS
The main program at the
Janus Collaborative School of Art is a three-year, full-time curriculum.
We also offer workshops throughout the Fall, Winter and Spring
trimesters as well as during the summer break. Many of these workshops are
open to the public. Other part-time programs
include, instructed weekend classes and open sketch/open studio
uninstructed classes where you can take advantage of the north
light studio and draw or paint from the figure on a weekly basis.
Pose lengths vary from short to long poses.
As a new addition to the program, the Janus Collaborative School
of Art is working with the Drexel School of Medicine in Philadelphia,
PA in a new artistic anatomy class. Stay tuned for more information
and details.
The JCSA is a progressive environment that is classical in its approach and methods while maintaining its goal of preparing artists for their roles within the contemporary sphere and expanding their personal vision. |
